Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before shipment:The Purchaser has the right to cancel any order within 12 hours from the day of purchase by writing us on vcbeauty10@gmail.com (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30 PM). For prepaid orders the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Cancellation after shipment: Only in wrong product shipped, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Coupon codes or reward points are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Exchange and Return
We will exchange in case of the wrong product delivery. We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be different than ordered for which customer has to claim within 2 days from the day of receiving.
If purchaser does not report defection within 2days after purchase after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible for any reason. A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
For Exchange and Return, customers need to bear Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.150/- all over India.
